If you are working on a TN status as a Canadian in the US, would it be at all possible to work on/for your own LLC or corporation? Specifically, would incorporating in Delaware be a no-no? Does this change if you incorporate in Canada and only do business with Canadians?
If no, are there any business entities where this would be possible?
