Can I enter US five days before visa expires?

I am in US on an F-1 visa and am currently enrolled in an academic program until may 2022. my visa expires june 22, and i just learned that i have to go back to my home country in june. I know that you can stay in the US even if your visa expires until the end of your academic program, but I am wondering if it is possible to enter the US five-ten days before it actually expires.
