My mom arrived in B1/B2 visa on December 31,2019 with the intention of going back on May 31, 2020. Since there are no flights back home in may, we had to extend her stay until Sep 16th of this year.
When will she be able to enter US on the tourist visa. I understand she can remain 6 months in a 365 day period from the first day of entry. Under this extended stay, when it is possible to come without raising issues at the port of entry?
