Do FAFSA and NYS TAP count as Total Additional Income or Financial Support on I-912?

I am trying to do the I-912 form's Part 5 question 7, and got really confused. They are both financial aid for my college. ( Provide additional income or financial support from a source outside your household) I read the instruction for I-912 and it is not helpful
