I am 26 female from the US and trying to bring my fiancé here from the UK. We filed the k1 visa last year and our petition was approved in April. Since then we have heard nothing regarding a biometric appointment at the embassy. Worried the letter got lost in the mail but it also appears due to covid the embassy in London is closed and not conducting appointments? Has anyone had an appointment at the London embassy recently?? Feels like we have been waiting forever with no idea or communication about when we will have an interview. Anyone have any similar situation with waiting and not hearing anything?!
