Might not graduate in 4 years. International Student. Problem?

Hello, I’m an international studying in the US. I realize that I might not be able to graduate in 4 years. I might take 4.5-5 years. Will this cause a problem for me regarding F1 visa? Also, do employers look down on people that take more time to graduate?
