My fiancé is a Finnish citizen and my son (my fiancé and mine) is an American citizen with a passport and social security card. They are currently both in Finland and I am with them currently to see them for the holidays and bringing my son back home. Is my fiancé allowed to come with me back to the states as the suspension doesn’t apply to:
iii. any alien who is the parent or legal guardian of a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, provided that the U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident is unmarried and under the age of 21;
