My local US consulate (Amsterdam) is only able to provide very limited emergency non-immigrant visa services until further notice, due to limited staffing. I am receiving my DS-2019 next month and want to schedule my visa appointment right away, as my DS-2019 start date is set at March 1, 2019.
My question: is it possible for me to schedule a visa appointment at a different embassy/consulate in a different country? (Like Belgium, France or Germany)
