L1B expiring in June

Hi,

Canadian Citizen with L1B Blanket expiring in June and currently living in the USA in California. (1st L1B so this will have been 3 years in the USA).

Want to get your perspective in terms of timing of the following questions (assuming premium processing for any request)

1) How long of a delay can I expect if my company submits a request for an L1B blanket extension at USCIS? (Aka how long before my I-94 expiry date should they be doing this extension request and get it approved?) 1A) if it gets rejected, do I need to leave before the end date of my I-94 june date?

2) If approved, will I have to leave the USA and re-enter so my I-94 is updated to the new extended date?

3)Now, if I get promoted in the next months and now would fall under L1A (would have a direct report and change of scope), How long would an approved change of status take with USCIS from L1B to L1A (blanket)? -> Will this get approved before June?

4)Should I consider refusing the promotion and new role to stay under L1B Blanket in order to keep it simple?

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!!
