Wrong gender on approved B1/B2 visa

Hi everyone,

I was recently approved a B1/B2 visa, and when I went to go pick it up I noticed that the gender was entered incorrectly. When I went back to look at the form, I realized that I have entered it incorrectly. I have emailed the embassy but have gotten nothing back - what should I do? Has this happened to anyone?
