So I'm currently going through the motions of getting a Visa to the Netherlands where I've been offered a job from the UK.
I am about to fill out the antecedents certificate and I'm wondering if I need to disclose I have an unspent caution on my record for possession from 2017. I was never charged or convicted and simply received the warning. Do I need to disclose this?
