Hi all.
I (UK Citizen) wanted to make a quick enquiry about something. So we're looking to move in 2022 and we're currently sorting out the first stage of the visa application.
However, my husband (US Citizen) does not have his birth certificate. Not only is the document currently in the US, but it was originally issued in Colombia and is in poor condition (illegible).
Are there any alternatives to providing a birth certificate from the petitioner? Or any way to receive a copy from the US of the birth certificate?
Thanks kindly in advance.
