United Kingdom or New Zealand passport stronger to get a visa for the USA?

I say this as someone told me the United Kingdom passport is stronger in the US than New Zealand. Might be waffle so thought I’d ask here.

I have dual citizenship and two passports. One in U.K. One in New Zealand.

I would eventually like to live in the USA for a year+ as there’s a lot of opportunity for my field of work there.

I know it’s hard to get this so just wanted to see if any passport I have a stronger option.

It’d likely be O1 visa. Hopefully one day a green card. Hopefully..
