Hi everyone, i just received my interview notice paper. However when i look at my spouse’s proof of citizenship:
If applying for NATURALIZATION AS THE SPOUSE of a United States Citizen; Your marriage certificate. Proof of death or divorce for each prior marriage of yourself or spouse. Your spouse's birth or naturalization certificate or certificate of citizenship.
He got his citizenship through his parent when he’s under 18 and didn’t apply to get the naturalization certificate N600 yet. Is his US passport is enough proof? I called USCIS and they didn’t have a clear answer. Does anyone have this problem before?
