So my P1 visa has been approved. My lawyer said - “As soon as we receive the original I-797 Approval Notice, you can make your entry to the U.S.” (my attorney had said she would over night it to me in Canada.)
So this seems pretty black and white. I need to wait for the physical copy of the I- 797 to cross the border? This isn’t the actual copy of the visa is it?
Any information on what happens after approval would be fantastic. Thank you in advance.
