Lucked out and got a k1 visa appointment but...

So my fiance finally got a k1 visa scheduled and she was extremely lucky that she was able to quickly get one only 6 days away. We have all our documents and proof of relationship ect. The only concerning issue is that her passport expires in 4 months. After looking we noticed the want a passport with six months. Do you think they will be flexible with this matter? Sadly she was unable to secure a passport appointment before and we really don't want to lose the appointment date. I'm hoping they will allow her to bring a new passport with her when she comes to the u.s or allow us to mail them a replacement. -Ankara turkey

Has anyone else received this message? All of our documents say "Approved" on NVC. Does this mean we have to find another sponsor? Can we show the consular officer our
