Looking too move too the US from Canada.

Hey everyone. I was hoping too try and find some guidance on here for a Canadian trying too move too the united States for work. I have always been interested on moving down too Texas. I would be open too moving too different states as well though. I would be hoping too do this through a work visa sponsorship. I am just curious what would be the best way too go about finding something preferably in my current industry. I currently work in civil utility construction (primarily telecom). I can run some heavy equipment and have been a hydrovac operator for quite some time now. Could anyone please provide some guidance or maybe give me some tools too help me find something and too help come up with a plan?

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: ​ " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case.
