Left country before travel doc approved

Hello I really need some help!

So my green card was still processing and so was my travel doc but I had to leave the country due to an emergency about 2-3 weeks ago. Now I got a notification that my travel document (i131) has been approved. I think they will be mailing it out soon and I can get someone to mail it to me here in Canada where I am right now.

My question is, would I have an issue with my green card application or entering the US with my travel document if I left the country before it was approved? Please help! Would I need to re-do my whole application?

Btw, it’s a marriage case!
