I am newly wed to a US citizen and From Latin roots. Have sent our process this week and I couldn’t be more anxious. I said the truth that I have worked under the table while on my visa (occasionally).
Anyone can provide some comfort? It breaks my heart a little bit to know that my husband’s life would be so much easier if he wouldn’t married some other American citizen. It’s like I have less of a right to be with him.
