Is it gonna be a problem in NVC if the sponsor(USC) (HUSBAND) is listed as a dependent of the joint sponsor(USC)(FATHER) on his previous tax return? But living separately

Hi i just need help, my husband filed an I 130 for me last August 10 2021, and just to prepare im gathering all the docs we will need for NVC. He has a job not earning that much from it but he just came back too to US last March 2020 from his previous assignment in Europe and due to pandemic he got stuck in his hometown for 4 months while waiting for his new assignment for work which is now Colorado. His dad filed taxes year 2020 and included him as dependent. Is it gonna be a problem at NVC?

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: ​ " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." ​ We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this.
