I made the mistake of separating the green card forms in 3 different packages: one for I-130/1-130A, one for I-485 and I-864 and another for I-131 and I-765.

I made the mistake of separating the green card forms in 3 different packages: one for I-130/1-130A, one for I-485 and I-864 and another for I-131 and I-765. However, they were sent “together” by UPS and delivered on the same day/time at the same office (the tracking info of the 3 packages say they were left at the office’s front desk at the same time!).

I got the receipt letter for the I-130 and they cashed my check, but no receipt letter or check cashed for the other forms. I thought of calling USCIS and ask them to put all my forms together (which is what I should have done before I even sent it) but I’m not sure this will do. Any other advices/ thoughts? Thank you so much!

NVC Case FE Review note

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: ​ " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p . To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 for a joint sponsor may be submitted." ​ We already have a petitioner and a household sponsor (the household sponsor's income is above the required level), but still unsure why we received this.
