My brother who is a citizen will sponsor me this year. My mom who is a green card holder will also sponsor me. Can my brother petition for me first and then have my mom petition for me, can that speed up the wait time ? Or should I just have my mom petition for me? Which one is faster?
- I am over 21 and I’m not married
- I came to America legally when I was younger
- I didn’t accrue a ban because before I turned 18 I got DACA and I’ve had it continuously for years even till today.
- I am originally from a country in the Caribbean
I know the wait time is long but what should I do have both people sponsor me or just my mom?
