How hard is it to get a H1B visa whilst being sponsored by an employer in a job that requires no degree?

If I'm working as, say, a concept artist (a job that requires no degrees) and I get accepted into a video-game company, how hard will it be for the H1B petition to be accepted even though I possess no formal education, but only a great portfolio?

And, if I were to get a bachelor's degree, would the rank of the university matter or only the degree would?

Thank you!
