Im a Canadian citizen and Im moving to the Bay area under TN status. My wife is a Japanese citizen residing in Hong Kong. She wants to join me in the Bay area around Feb 2022. I would like to know how to apply for TN dependant status for her?

Also, any recommendations for an immigration consultant (online consultation) who is specialized in this field is greatly appreciated.

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee!
