H1B to F1 [MBA] and back H1B

Hi all, I've been accepted into the dream MBA program starting in Aug '22.

I'm currently on H1B with first 3 years ending in Oct'22. I want to transfer to F1 for school, and use my H1b for remaining 3 years after.

Has anyone gone through this process? Any tips?
