Green Card through fiancé with DACA

Hello! My fiancé and I are getting married in a month. He is a US citizen and hopes to help my situation as I have daca. We have an appointment with a lawyer who can advise us in 2 weeks, but was wondering if anyone else has gone through a similar situation as I have.

Background information: I did enter without a visa when I was 7. I have had daca since I was 15 and have only acquired about 4 months of unlawful presence due to renewing delays.

Would we most likely need to do the I-130 then the I-601? Have you ever had a situation similar to mine that worked out?
