For the medical evaluation by the civil surgeon (Form I-693), do they do drug testing?

I was reading on the form they ask questions to identify signs of drug abuse/addiction, but is there any chance they would take hair/urine samples and test for weed usage? More so wondering about the hair sample. It doesn't appear to be part of the form but wanted to check
