Filling in ESTA, I previously had a passport from my Father's home country - does this make me a citizen/national of another country?

I was born in the UK - I'm a British Citizen. When I was a child I held a passport for another country - the country in which my Dad was born. The first passport for this foreign country expired in 2003, the other was issued in 2007 and expired in 2012.

For the ESTA "Have you ever been a citizen or national of any other country?" - should I say yes? And if so what should the start and end date be for this ?
