F1 STEM-OPT to cap-exempt H1B

Hi Everyone,

I'm currently on STEM-OPT and planning to change my employer to a non-profit org and they can potentially keep me on J1 or H1. I personally would not like to be on J1 due to the 2yr home country rule.

I would like to know what is the process like for change of status from F1 to H1B cap exempt? How long is the general processing time and how soon can I start working after my petition is filed? Do I have to wait until I get a new EAD?

Also, in the rare case that they deny my petition will my F1 be still valid or will I forfeit that visa?

Thank you

More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
