Double denied and stressed out to the max

I filed for my permanent residency back in 2019 and in March 2020 I got denied “right as the nation wide covid lock down began” a bit suspicious if you ask me. Low and behold I refilled and repaid the filing fees a 2nd time. Got all the way to interview time, my wife however come into contact with someone who was being tested for Covid and we had to try to reschedule “my interview letter stated no penalties for Covid issues” the very next day after requesting a reschedule to my interview they denied my case. This process has had me going crazy. I now need to try and refile for a 3rd time now.

The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
