Is the CSPA applicable in cases where the principal applicant is the brother of a US citizen, and it concerns their derivative son?
In such cases where the wait is typically 13-14 years for a visa, how is the CSPA applied, what years are subtracted from the applicant's age?
Other than remaining unmarried, are there other conditions that have to be true?
