Can I qualify for asylum if I have to do mandatory gender based military service for potentially what US recognize as a terrorist organization and I might get imprisonment for escaping it by staying in US?
So I'm an iranian international studenr who was supposed to go back iran and serve for either military or IRGC(which is terrorist organization occording to US).I already didn't leave at their determined deadline so there's a punishment waiting for me as well. Can my situation qualify for asylum status?
