Hi all,
Looking at the recently passed Build Back Better bill there’s a provision to pay $2,500 to jump the line for family based visa. I’m trying to understand what visa categories would be eligible for this. The text of the bill say is the beneficiary of an approved petition under subparagraph (A)(i) or (B)(i)(1) of section 204(a)(1) can pay 2,500 are eligible. But what does mean if I’m looking at the family based visa categories from the visa bulletins?
