Hi, I am a USC formerly living abroad and my wife is a foreign citizen. We came to the US this summer for vacation with her B2 visa which expires at the end of December but since we’ve gotten pregnant this summer we want to stay at least another 6 months until after the baby is born, and possibly longer. We aren’t sure if we should do a b2 extension now, or just apply for a green card because we might end up going back to then foreign country in a year or two.
Please advise…
