Hi, obviously using a throwaway account. I have no plans yet to move to the US, but would love to at some point if I ever get the opportunity. Unfortunately I have a LSD possession charge to my name (only conviction) and was wondering what my avenues to entry might be. This is in regards to both a tourist visa and/or green card. The only charge I got was a AU$700 fine and nothing else. I live in Australia.
