anyone has experience filing AOS after coming USA while already i130 pending for consular processing ??? my spouse is a LPR , filled i130 petition when i was in Outside USA. Now i am in USA ON valid B1 visa ... i asked a lot of ppl and lawyer . they are giving mixed answer. i need someone with real experience with similar situation.
