Hi so long story short, I was stopped at border customs going to America from Canada and was brought into secondary inspection because I didn’t have a proper work visa. They questioned me a bunch of stuff regarding the type of work I do as well as took my biometrics, picture, and documented the whole case.
Based on this situation I have 4 questions:
1) Am I flagged by the American customs police
2) If I am flagged, will this make travelling to America for the purpose of leisure a headache? As in will they bring to me to secondary inspection and ask about why I was rejected beforehand/have to provide proof that I’m not crossing for “work purposes”?
3) If I were to get a work visa or work permit will the flag be removed from their system?
