About passport

My passport stamped with f1 visa was stolen from my apartment few months back and i have an interview with US consulate in january to restamp the f1 visa. My company submitted application for my h1b with my old passport that is now lost. In the third round of h1b lottery that was conducted last week my h1b was selected. I have not told my company about my lost passport. Now that i have to give my documents to file for h1b, i am not sure how to go about it. My new passport doesnt have f1 visa stamped . The initial application for h1b was submitted using old passport that is lost. How do i solve this problem. Thankyou

Hi everyone, my family and I are under the F3 category and we just received a notice from NVC that our documents have been approved and that we are Documentarily Qualified. My only concern is this message that we received today in addition to the acceptance: ​ " [Name of petitioner] does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case.
