My brother living in US from 3 years but a Canadian citizen wants to loan $300,000 to our uncle so that he can buy a house. The said amount is in Canadian bank itself.
Uncle will be transferring the loan amount in 6 months to the same
Will there be any legal implications as my brother has not lived in canada from last 3 years so basically a non resident and when my uncle returns back can he take all the amount in one go?
