Has anyone tried to get their Birth Certificate from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia when they no longer there? Trying to get this for Green Card purposes. I don't know how to contact the embassy and found the Ministry of Interior's number - called him and he hung up (when he heard I was a woman?)....
Has anyone had success trying to get their Birth Certificate? If so, please help how? I am trying to get this document for my younger brother. Tried contacting attorneys and no help anywhere (in US or KSA)??
