CR1/IR1 Help for US Citizen Petitioner Living and Working Overseas

Good day! My wife (US citizen) and I (foreign spouse beneficiary) have began preparing our I-130 petition as this could be done online. I was wondering if there could be any answers to my queries which would be able to condense the various policies I've scoured and read through online from the USCIS and State Department.

  1. My wife and I met in my home country, one with a US Embassy and a USCIS field office that closed down over a year ago, while we were both working in the same institution. I was a local hire while she was hired by the home office of this institution in the United States and continues to work for them to this day. This means she files her US taxes and is employed by a US organization with a local presence and locally-registered branch, but she has not been able to maintain a domicile stateside because she has been working here for the last five years. She does go back to the States nearly every year, as she has family residing there. We ARE filing the I-130 petition with the intent for us to move to the United States. When we send in our I-130, should her Certificate of Employment with this US-based organization suffice as a supporting document to explain the lack of a domicile?
  2. Furthermore, should she be asked for further evidence or proof of her staying in the foreign country for employment which specifies an employment visa in this said country, will it complicate the application that the reason why she is able to live and work here is she is a dual citizen of this country, as well?
  3. And should our petition be prospectively granted, will multiple I-864s or Affidavits of Support be admissible, especially coming from and signed by family on her side and mine (I have an aunt and other beyond-third-degree relatives residing in the States, as well)? Or is there a "limit" of 2 joint sponsors, aside from my wife? We would need a joint sponsor already anyway as we might not be able to meet the minimum income requirements.
  4. What other circumstances around our application should we foresee? Additional supporting documents that might be required?
  5. I know this question might be one of the most asked if not asked of all, with various resources indicating this, but, given the pandemic and the backlogs and the fact that we are filing from overseas, what's the timeline for approval look like these days? I'm just trying to get a general feel, basically.

We really look forward to moving stateside, especially for—not unfamiliar to most immigrants—the opportunities to gain skills and build resources for our family's provision. We are hoping for the best and it's encouraging to know that we are not alone in this journey.

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!! Any idea what that means? More importantly - When I click on "View PDF" link under "N-400 Application for Naturalization", to see my actual N-400 form, I get " {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} " message! The form is also missing under "Documents -> Your Uploads" tab! So, it appears that my N400 form is missing! What does that all mean, considering that it's impossible to file without N400 form! Finally, under profile, My name is incorrectly sp...
