I was granted this benefit back in December when i got the IJ’s decision after waiting 17 months after my individual hearing. In February i went for my Infopass in the office Newark field office they told me to wait 4 to 8 weeks for my card to be delivered. No adit stamp. It has been 8 months since then and i called several times and the last answer i got was “Our records show that this case is pending because we did not receive the necessary documents from the court yet” Is anyone in the same position or is this normal? Can someone advice please.
