Could use some help.

I am U.S military currently stationed in Korea, I met my wife here over a year ago and we got married in September! I go back to the states in May and kind of at a loss for where to start.

  1. I understand the I-130 starts the process but a big concern of ours is actually getting her and her daughter to the states soon after I return in May, how would we do that after filing the I-130, I’ve read I would be able to get them a visa after it is processed but not sure where to start?

  2. She is Kazakh and in Korea on a work visa, she plans on returning home when her visa is up in January. Would we have to wait till she returns home to file?

I understand some things are expedited with me being military and we get a break on the sponsor affidavit, would really appreciate any help possible.
