Have anyone got this message before for N-400 after interview?

Oath Ceremony Cancelled

On xxxx, 2020, we cancelled the oath ceremony appointment scheduled for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, Receipt Number xxxxxxx. We will notify you by mail if the appointment is rescheduled, a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I tried to google it but no one seems to have gotten this kind of message before. I just want to know nothing goes wrong with my N-400. My local county is still doing oath and this is not the standard language used when other users shared for their oath cancellation due to COVID. Also - most people seemed to get a reschedule message, rather than cancellation. I am on my never since last time the mail notice took over 2 months to receive and it's not updating in the online portal.

N-400 form {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} message

A few questions: I filed my N400 naturalization on March 23, 2020. Nearly one year later on Feb 2021 they sent me a notice that they'll reuse my biometrics from my green card application, but they won't refund the biometric fee! At the same time April 2021 showed up on my account as the expected completion date. Last week, the status was "17 days". Today the estimated time of completion has disappeared!!!
