My husband (USC) and I (Danish) was scheduled for our interview on October 14th. We got the notice on 9/19, dated 9/11. Pretty soon we were aware that we wouldn’t be able to make it due to Corona and quarantining and started making calls. We finally got through and rescheduled (date TBA according to them). Got a confirmation letter on 10/6 stating that we had contacted USCIS about rescheduling our interview, however, they have no knowledge of this interview. Today we got a letter, denying the I-485 due to not showing up to the scheduled interview. We have paper and letters as well as receipts for contacting by phone for all of this. What should/can we do?
