Quick question - I am looking at the actual instructions for I-130 that USCIS publishes. It says to submit
"A copy of your birth certificate, issued by a civil registrar, vital statistics office, or other civil authority showing that you were born in the United States;"
for the beneficiary. It also says to submit
"A copy of your marriage certificate"
does this mean a basic photocopy of all these documents is what is needed? Or USCIS wants the actual, original certified copies? I have read on other websites
I am especially curios to know from people who have recently gotten their interviews waived, what did you all do?
