Received RFE for STEM OPT extension.

I applied for STEM OPT extension but received an RFE saying that E-verify number is incorrect. Do I have to simply send the correct number along the letter or do I have to resend the whole application filling the i-765 and other related documents as well. The RFE letter doesn’t have this information. Please respond. Thanks!
