CR1 Interview

Has anyone received an interview cancellation email without actually receiving the original interview email? I can’t get any answers from Montreal consulate. Since it’s opening I would like to have a rough estimate to where I am in the backlog. Don’t even know my original interview date to try and figure it out. Bizarre
