How does USCIS prioritize? Priority date of receipt date?

I submitted an i485 aos request based on an underlying EB1-A i140 approval on Feb 15 2020. But I was able to port the Priority date (March 2015) from an earlier eb2 application.

Will I be ahead or behind someone who has a later EB1 india Priority date (say Jan 2018) that recently became current, but has an earlier submission date (say February 2018)
