I129F: US Consulate in Hong Kong is saying we have 30 days to submit our paperwork or else they're going to consider the application abandoned. But offices are closed

I started the I129F petition back in August of last year. We got approved by January and were in the process of getting our documents ready so she could go to her interview but then covid shut everything down. All she needs is her medical exam and a document showing her criminal record (which is blank). There are only 2 doctors that can do the exam and both offices are closed.

Also, I thought the petition was good for 2 years. Why are they saying we only have 30 days?
